A little about my journey
Maybe you’ve felt it too… that quiet sense of being disconnected from yourself, always searching for something deeper and more meaningful. That’s been the thread running through most of my life, even when I couldn’t name it.
When everything shifted
For years I tried to fit into a life that didn’t really feel like mine.
Office jobs. Surface-level friendships. Nights out, partying, drinking, even drugs at times. I was always trying to fill something I didn’t understand.

Meeting myself
Then lockdown happened, and everything went silent.
It forced me to meet myself for the first time.

The beginning of a spiritual path
In that stillness, I had my first deep meditation — an out-of-body experience that changed the way I understood everything.
It was the beginning of a spiritual path I didn’t plan, but instantly recognised.

Remembering my roots
My connection to Hinduism started young. My mum used to take us to temples, and during that difficult time I felt myself being pulled back toward God.
I began spending time at Bhaktivedanta Manor, around devotees of Krishna, and slowly spirituality became my anchor.

Yoga, meditation, and understanding myself
Books like The Power of Now and Be Here Now softened the edges of my mind.
Yoga and meditation became places where I could breathe again.

Understanding myself through Human Design
Discovering Human Design was another turning point.
Learning I was a self-projected Projector felt like I’d finally been given permission to be who I am. Sensitive. Open. Deeply observant. Someone who sees people clearly but doesn’t thrive in a fast, pushy world.
It taught me how to honour the way my energy works — and how to guide others in honouring theirs.

Travel, devotion, and becoming who I am now
Travel shaped me in ways I didn’t expect.
Bali, Italy, and especially India — where I lived in a Hindu temple — all brought me back to stillness, trust, and a sense of devotion that feels like home.
Those experiences are at the heart of how I teach now.

How I hold space today
Everything I’ve lived, learned, and healed flows into the work I do. Through somatic, slow, intuitive yoga, breathwork, meditation, Human Design, and my training in somatic therapy, I help people reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and a sense of inner safety.
My hope is that when you’re here, you feel held. You feel understood. And you feel a little more at home in yourself.
